Yuyao Angzhen Mould Technology Ltd was founded in January 2006, in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, which has been known as the ¡°Home of Chinese Mould¡± and ¡°Kingdom of Plastics¡± for decades.
Our team consists of experienced professional mould designers and engineers, many of whom received multiple-year-training in large enterprises from Shenzhen and Ningbo. We employ CAD/CAM/CAE extensively in mould design and manufacturing. We also manage our daily operations using ISO standards to ensure quality of our products.
We specialize in developing small to medium sized precision injection moulds. Most of our moulds or molded products are exported to the North American markets. We are particularly experienced in making moulds using special materials such as PEI, PPS and PAI. Presently make about 40 industrial and commercial products including HVAC systems, sports and fitness equipment, home and industrial sprayers, telecommunications gear and emergency response gear.
Our mission statement is to have a global view and service the world. Our goal is to become a professional mould co***ny that meets the technical, quality and service standards of most overseas small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs). We firmly believe that ¡°our survival is based upon customer satisfaction¡±. We not only impress our customers with superb quality but also with good service and cost effectiveness.
Our QC program is ISO compliant and was originally implemented thanks to assistance from one of our clients. Through practice we have improved our QC capabilities and are now confident to meet even higher customer requirements.
